Why they call her Iron Lady





She is a dynamic, positive, resilient, courageous and daring to risk. She upholds the principle 'we must be willing to work more than the salary paid, then eventually we will get more of what we do'. This principle has brought great success in business enabled her to work and be what she is today.

She is an 'educator’ for Entrepreneurship and well known social activist to all levels of society within and outside the country. Based on her characteristics of leadership and entrepreneurship she was invited to introduce the motivation on TV3 in 1990. Therein she became a motivational counselor and a very 'success Counselor' where we often hear her voice on the radio and saw his reflection in the glass TV. Her breadth of the emergence of TV1, TV2, TV3, Astro and various other forms of media increase her popularity as a public figure to be reckoned. In addition, she is also a motivator for human development and entrepreneurship as well as 'success counselor' in institutions - institutions of higher learning.

She also holds a PhD, Doctorate in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship, Motivation and Human Development Capital from Central State University of New York and also a president of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS). MAPS is now a member of the International Federation for Professional Speakers (IFFPS).

She also a very active women in society and held various positions. Among others he was appointed as
